I. GENERAL

Welcome to our website. By browsing and using this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Clyra Labs's relationship with you concerning our services, website/mobile platform, and any products you purchase. The term 'Clyra Labs' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the service provider. The term 'you' refers to the client/user of our services.

This Agreement is an electronic record in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions, and does not require physical or digital signatures.

II. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Clyra Labs provides comprehensive educational consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Career counseling and academic planning
  • University selection and application strategy
  • Document preparation and application support
  • Test preparation guidance
  • Visa application assistance
  • Pre-departure orientation
  • Post-arrival support services

Our service fees are independent of university enrollment outcomes and are charged based on the consulting package selected by the client.

III. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

  1. Service fees are charged upfront for the chosen consulting package.
  2. All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
  3. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by UAE consumer protection laws.
  4. Additional services beyond the chosen package will incur separate charges as agreed upon in writing.

IV. SERVICE DELIVERY

  1. All services are delivered by qualified educational consultants.
  2. Service delivery timelines will be specified in your individual service agreement.
  3. We commit to professional standards of service delivery while maintaining transparency about university admission decisions being outside our control.
  4. Services are provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of specific outcomes.

V. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information
  2. Actively participate in the consulting process
  3. Meet scheduled appointments and deadlines
  4. Timely submission of required documents
  5. Prompt communication regarding any changes or concerns

VI. TERM & TERMINATION

  1. Service agreements remain effective for the duration specified in your package.
  2. Early termination policies are outlined in your service agreement.
  3. Clyra Labs reserves the right to terminate services if:
    • Client breaches these terms
    • Client provides false information
    • Client fails to meet payment obligations
    • Professional boundaries are violated

VII. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

  1. Our scholarship program is a value-added service available to eligible clients.
  2. Scholarship awards are merit-based and discretionary.
  3. Awards are processed after university enrollment and visa issuance.
  4. Scholarship terms are separate from consulting service agreements.

VIII. COMMUNICATION

  1. We provide dedicated communication channels for service delivery.
  2. Custom email IDs may be created to facilitate university applications.
  3. All communication records are maintained in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
  4. Clyra maintains read-only access to track application progress.

IX. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

  1. We do not guarantee university admission outcomes.
  2. Our services are advisory in nature.
  3. Final decisions rest with educational institutions.
  4. We are not agents of any university.

X. DATA PROTECTION

All data processing complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection and related regulations. We maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by UAE Federal Laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
